Join Jofa and Mindy for the "9 Night Mystical Tour of Scotland 2027"! We have planned a unique experience in Scotland including some ghostly adventures for the "paranormal enthusiasts".

We begin our trip in Glasgow, Scotland’s largest city where we will be staying for 2 nights. This includes a “welcome” dinner with the group on our first night there. Our first ghostly encounters will be at the Provan Hall House as we are hosted by the Scottish Ghost Company! After our time in Glasgow, we travel west while stopping to take in the stunning view of Kilchurn Castle and touring St. Conan’s Kirk built in 1881.

From the kirk, we travel to Fort Williams for one night. Fort Williams is in the western Scottish Highlands on the shores of Loch Linnhe. There we will board a boat for a tour of Lake Linnhe in search of seals and other local wildlife while being entertained with lots of fascinating information about the wildlife and history of the area.

The next morning, it’s off to the magnificent and picturesque Glencoe! The Blackrock Cottage, Buachaille Etive Mor mountain, The Three Sisters and Meeting of the Three Waters are just a few of the stunning and dramatic landscapes we’ll see.

After driving through Glencoe, we head to Spean Bridge for lunch on your own and then on to Eilean Donan Castle, a 13th-century castle in the Highlands of Scotland. We will embark on a journey through history as we tour this iconic castle.

We will then check into our hotel on the Isle of Skye for the next two nights.  On the first full-day on the Isle of Skye, we will take a tour of the isle’s most notable venues. This all day adventure is sure to give you the full feel of what Isle of Skye is all about.

On the next leg of our journey, we travel east to Cairngorm Mountain, a prominent peak and popular all-season resort. We’ll hop on the funicular railway for a 10-minute trip to the summit where you can take in the views and enjoy lunch on your own. Upon our return down the mountain, our coach will take us to quaint town of Pitlochry to check into our next hotel for two nights. Walk the streets and explore the shops, cafes and Victorian architecture. You will have time to sightsee the dam and fish ladder, distilleries, lochs or a trip to Blair Castle. Our group will depart in the evening for our second ghostly adventure at Castle Menzies with the Scottish Ghost Company. Castle Menzies is a 16th century castle which was restored in the 20th century by the Menzies Clan Society and was the seat of the Chiefs of Clan Menzies for over 500 years. What spirits or specters will we encounter there?

We now head south to witness the famous Kelpies, the legendary shape-shifting water spirits from Scottish folklore. These 100-foot tall horse-head sculptures honor both history and industry in the region. Next, we’re off to the Falkirk Wheel to watch the world’s one and only rotating boat life. Are you a Highlander fan? Then you might recognize Hopetoun House. Here, you can enjoy lunch on your own and tour this magnificent 1699 building.

After a full day of touring, we’ll arrive in Edinburgh to stay for the next two nights.  You’ll have the evening and the next day to explore Edinburgh. Maybe you’d like to see Edinburgh Castle, Palace of Holyroodhouse, marvel at the numerous cathedrals, and partake of the fine cuisine. On our last evening, our group will have a farewell dinner giving us all time to recount our adventures.

Won’t you join us for this high adventure? We are keeping our group small so we can enjoy a more intimate adventure. Book your spot soon!  Check out the Itinerary.
