HELPFUL TRAVEL TIPS

  • Contact your home carrier for questions about your service, rates or billing.  


  • Complimentary Wi-Fi is available at most hotels.  
  • Wi-Fi connection strength and speed may vary.


  • You can expect average maximum temperatures to range from approximately 45°F-59°F during the month of May.  
  • Temperatures and winds near the lake may cause temperatures to be colder than expected.
  •  Even while wearing the complimentary hooded rain poncho provided during the Niagara Falls tour, you may still get wet on the tour. It’s part of truly experiencing Niagara Falls. Please dress accordingly 


  • All times are in the Eastern Standard Time 



  • CHECKED BAG - You are permitted one free checked bag on international flights. Each checked bag cannot be any larger than 62” linear (length + width + height including handles and wheels) with a maximum weight of 50 lbs. Overweight and over size fees will be assessed at check-in.
  • CARRY-ON - One free carry-on per person, maximum size of 45” (22” x 14” x 9”) including handles permitted. Personal-type items include purse, shoulder bag, briefcase, camera, food container, or laptop (case included) and it must fit beneath the seat in front of you. 
  • LUGGAGE - 
  • Checked Baggage For Air Travels: Dimensions: 30” x 21” x 11” = 62” linear / 76cm x 53cm x 28cm maximum, Weight: 50lbs / 22kg maximum 
  • Motorcoach Carry-on: Carry-on bags must be small enough to store in overhead bins or under the seat in front of you.  Dimensions: 12"x11"x 6" = 29” linear / 30cm x 28 cm x 15 cm maximum. For safety reasons, wheeled carry-on bags are not permitted.
  • MEDICATIONS - Bring any prescribed medications in your daily routine. A written copy of your script labels or a picture taken on your cell phone is suggested in case of loss during the trip. Keep all medicines in your carry-on bag only.  Some prescription drugs, including narcotics and some U.S. over-the-counter medications, are illegal in other countries. Check with the embassy of your destination(s) about regulations and documentation before you travel.
  • IMPORTANT ITEMS - Keep passport documentation, along with all valuables (medication, jewelry, camera, etc.), with you in your carry-on.
  • CARRIER & TRAVEL REGULATIONS:  Carrier, state and country regulations may very and change periodically.  Please check online for any new restrictions, guidelines and regulations prior to departure.  


  • If you're traveling with spare batteries in addition to the ones inside your devices, consider placing each battery in its own protective case, plastic bag, or package, or place tape across the battery's contacts to isolate terminals. Isolating terminals prevents hazards due to short-circuiting.
  • Power Banks, cell phone battery charging cases, rechargeable and non-rechargeable lithium batteries, cell phone batteries, laptop batteries, power banks, external batteries, portable rechargers  
  • Spare (uninstalled) lithium ion and lithium metal batteries, including power banks and cell phone battery charging cases, must be carried in carry-on baggage only. When a carry-on bag is checked at the gate or at planeside, all spare lithium batteries and power banks must be removed from the bag and kept with the passenger in the aircraft cabin. The battery terminals must be protected from short circuit.

  • It is customary to leave 10 to 15% of the bill when eating out. However, restaurants often add on a service charge (usually 12.5%), especially if you're in a large group, so it's worth checking your bill if you don't want to tip twice.
