CANCELLATION SCHEDULE (per person) 

Deposit at time of booking: $250 per person

Second deposit due by November 1, 2026 - $250 per person 

Final payment due by March 12, 2027

Cancel from Date of deposit until March 12, 2027 - $250 per person

Cancel between March 13 – March 31, 2027 – 50% of total land costs per person

Cancel April 1 – April 30, 2027 – 75% of total land costs per person

Cancel May 1 – May 23, 2027 – 100% nonrefundable per person
