CANCELLATION SCHEDULE (per person) 

• $250.00 Deposit Per Person due at time of booking 
• Final balance is due by Wednesday, March 20, 2024

CANCELLATION FEES:  (PER PERSON)

• Cancel From Date of Deposit Up To March 20, 2024 = $150 Penalty
• Cancel March 21 - April 4, 2024 = 25% of Event Fee
• Cancel April 5 - April 20, 2024 = 50% of Event Fee
• Cancel April 21 - May 5, 2024 = 100% of Event Fee
