EVENT

 The Akashic records are a detailed account of all human events, thoughts, words, emotions, and intent ever to have occurred in the past, present, or future. They are believed by theosophists to be encoded in a non-physical plane of existence.  Every thought, desire or action since the inception of your soul is recorded here and can be accessed by training to reach a meditative state. 

The easiest way to do this as a beginner is through a guided meditation, which will be led by Michelle during class.  There is no pressure to perform or come up with anything in particular, but when done as a group, the group energy helps you reach a deeper state and you can then see your own records.  Any former practice with meditation is helpful, but not necessary for this class.  

It is remarkable how seeing your past explains so much of why you are a certain way today.  It fills in the gaps of your knowledge, and explains fears, passions, hidden talents, and why we are drawn to certain people.  Once you are comfortable with this, you can then do it for other people.  An excellent too for self-awareness and growth.  Michelle will also be offering brief past life readings from the Akashic Records.
